Dilly is doing group training for general physical exercise, breathing, stretching, meditation and, of course, Boxing!

What can be better than reining on the San Pedro Beach of Guadalmina Baja barefoot and the music of the Ocean in the ear? WOW, just fantastic, calming, relaxing, and toning, and it keeps You connected to the earth!

Every Monday and Wednesday at 10.00 AM are group training for men 

and 12.00 group training for women!

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday PRIVATE training!

For me, he is a great friend and teacher in nutrition, personal trainer and training mind and body, boxing and eating!
