Sea Grill at Hotel Puente Romano Opens

Following a total renovation, Hotel Puente Romano’s spectacular new main Restaurant “Sea Grill” opened its doors on Thursday 28th March.
Sea Grill is an exclusive dining experience with a creative international menu including a salad bar, Tandoor oven and lots of interactive, personalised dining options. During the day it’s a Beach Club with relaxed dining and at night it offers chic, elegant, romantic surroundings for enjoying sublime food overlooking the Mediterranean. As if the food and amazing location were not enough, renowned British Interior Designer Andrew Martin has given Sea Grill an impressive decor which is sure to be a real talking point.
This new gastronomic experience focuses on the finest and freshest ingredients, beautifully prepared in the distinctive “Tandoor Oven” and “Charcoal Grill”. This is delicious, creative cuisine, with Indian and Mediterranean influence, put together by Executive Chef Thomas Stork. In February Thomas Stork was awarded the accolade of Best Chef in Andalucia as part of the Andalucian Gastronomy Awards 2013, so diners can be sure they are in safe hands.
During Lunch service Sea Grill offers a superb Salad Bar, where the Chef can individually prepare your perfect salad, along with your preferred dressing; using specially selected oils and vinegars. Alternatively enjoy a stunning selection of gourmet burgers, seafood and meat with a true International flavour.
For dinner choose from a varied menu of International dishes. Tempting options include; oysters with red curry and coconut, a good selection of vegetarian dishes such as Tandoori Broccoli with Yogurt and Ginger, a wonderful choice of seafood and fish and stunning meat such as Barbeque Beef Ribs, a range of steaks including Wagyu Beef and crispy Duck Magret.
The impressive glass-walled cellars, showcasing a select array of the best National and International wines, really complete the overall Sea Grill experience, establishing a special new destination in the Culinary World.
