Chef Nobu has been travelling in Europe for over two months, not returning home to L.A. Los Angeles.

He just came from Marocco, where they were opening Nobu Marrakesh, of course, with Robert De Niro and all the owners and partners from the business group.

And now, three days in Marbella, and tomorrow already heading to the Ibiza NOBU hotel.

Of course, last 2 months have been travelling Nobu Milano, Barcelona, London

Chef Matsuhisa Nobu said that Marbella and Spain are very close to his heart because he grew up in Latin America and speaks Spanish. (He was demonstrating this good continued speaking in Spanish!) And, of course, I have many good Spanish chef friends, Dani Garcia, Adrian Ferran, etc

About Nobu Restaurants, before we opened a lot of restaurants with views (Malaysia), rooftops etc., now we are going more seasonal, in gardens like Marbella. All restaurants & business is doing very well!
