A group of highly qualified personal trainers are available to motivate and help you with your training.  Your personal trainer will design a specific and individual program just for you, adapting it to your physical and physiological condition, in order for you to reach your goals rapidly and effectively. This will allow you to obtain maximum benefits with each training session.  We offer specific training for golfers, weight loss, increasing muscle mass, rehabilitation etc.

Kinesis

The Kinesis method: take a chance and experience a complete series of natural, free and harmonious movements that will allow you to tone muscles, improve stability, increase mobility, develop strength, improve flexibility and relax. All this working in a multi-dimensional range.

Vibrating plate: In only 10 minutes and without exhaustion you can burn fat, fight cellulite, increase bone density, have a massage or a complete workout all with the scale vibrations. This new training system is used by Nasa astronauts as well as many celebrities.

In our aquatic area you can relax in the sauna, Turkish bath and Solarium as well as enjoy a variety of fun activities like Water gym, swimming, and Water spinning. We offer swimming classes to suit all ages and levels. In our Back Care Program we will study the possible anomaly or pathology and prescribe specific exercises inside and outside the water to correct these problems.
