The busy woman Jennifer Lopez, who is an actress, singer and a mother of twins still hasn't lost her figure, it's better than ever!
The best part is that she doesn't spend countless hours in the gym but does just these simple exercises:
Squats
Squats are the best exercises for your butt! Stand with your feet a bit apart, in line with your hips, keep your back straight, suck your abs in and keep your knees behind your toes. Now squat and while coming back up squeeze your butt. Do 2 or 3 sets of 8 or 12 reps each. If you wish to increase the intensity add some weights.
Lunges
There are various types of lunges, such as front lunges, wheel lunges, side to side lunges, walking lunges and reverse lunges. This exercise can be pretty challenging since it works on various groups of muscles at the same time, including glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves. To make it more challenging, you can also raise your back foot on a platform or step.
Hip Extension
Hip extensions work on the largest muscles group of the body, the gluteus maximus. Hold a dumbbell and place it behind your kneww. Alternatively, use ankle weights to increase the intensity of this exercise.
Jennifer also did a marathon and for that she also trained a lot on bike!
Her Diet Plan:
Jennifer says she eats everything but in moderation. Lopez claims she keeps her body in top shape by a sensible approach to nutrition and portion control. When she needs to drop some kilos for a role in a movie, she just limits the carbs in her meals. Also her largest meal is the breakfast every day and dinner is the smallest. And her daily calories are approximately 1400.
