Pravda restaurant in Puerto Banus is offering something very interesting and healthy - the possibility of a perfect plan of balanced meals.
First we offer an appointment with our nutritionist. You could say that its the right way to go to reach your goals!
After this, you will get a diet program. Our plan includes 5 meals a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner), Monday to Friday 5 days for 65 € or Monday to Sunday, 7 days a week for 80 €. You can collect the cooked meals in the restaurant on Mondays (14.00-23.00) and Fridays( 17.00-23.00). Monday is also the day for pickup snacks and breakfast for the whole week: bread, cheese, yogurt, milk, fruit, etc ...
All Inclusive: Appointment with our nutritionist, diet plan and food for a week.
We do home delivery aswell.
