Costa Women Fitness & Networking Evening at Look Your Best Studio

The Costa Women members attended an exclusive networking, health and fitness event at the new Look Your Best Fitness & Lifestyle studio in Puerto Banus on Friday 20th of September.
During the event the women enjoyed healthy drinks and snacks, they were given a 15 minute nutrition masterclass from the personal trainers, given an introduction to EMS technology and a demonstration of how it works, and also a few lucky individuals tried the workout for themselves. There was also an opportunity to have a free body test which measures weight, body mass, fat to muscle ratio and advise on what you need to lose or gain to be in peak physical condition. All this was followed by relaxed and informal networking in a great environment.
