Fantastic Day of Health at Onyx Health Centre

On Wednesday, June 3, 2015, Onyx Health Centre hosted a conference on health and healthy lifestyles.
The day started at 11:00am with eco orange and mango juice and continued with a lecture on yoga that explained why choose and practise yoga. A 75-minute yoga class followed.
After yoga, delicious courses accompanied by eco-compliments followed. The starters included cold beet cream, Dupuy lentils salad, tzatziki, and toast. The main courses were grilled vegetables with smoked tofu and quinoa burger with celery and squash cream. For dessert, cold soup with citrus fruit and mint was served.
After lunch, there was plenty of time to enjoy the gym and spa with quiromasajista citándonos Salvador who demonstrated wonderful techniques, including acupuncture and cranial sacral massage. To end the afternoon, there was a star conference with Dr. Ruben Gonzalez, talking about rejuvenation at the cellular level, based on alternative medicine methods. Such subjects as detox, heavy metals, and the infinite possibilities of curing a wide range of diseases through fasting were discussed. He also spoke about the bio-scanner technology.
The team at Onyx Health Centre consists of physicians, naturopaths, nutritionists, psychologists, physical therapists, osteopaths, as well as personal, yoga, pilates, and dance trainers.
Undoubtedly, this was a great day at Onyx Health Centre.
