Cruyff will return to management after a 13 year absence
Johan Cruyff is to return to football as the new coach of the Catalonian national team.
One of the most renowned football technicians in the history of the game, Johan Cruyff is heading back to the bench at age 62, after 13 years away from the game.
Cruyff’s debut does not have a definite date, but could occur on 22 December, as that is the day for the annual local derby match.
Apparently the job is somewhat casual,(Catalonia have played 6 games in the past 3 years) and Cruyff will not be paid for his role. The Catalonia Football Association will make an undisclosed domation to the Cruyff Foundation charity instead
