Fine food and Fashion at MC Café...
Complimentary Kir Royals flowed as the multi talented Louise Doheny, former Miss Ireland and owner and creator of Starlet Boutique in Puerto Banus, led the models down the “runway” with her own stunning designs in MC Café this afternoon. The girls strutted their stuff in a vibrant and diverse collection of evening dresses.
The show opened with some hot lil´ bejewelled black and red numbers that combined satins with lace and velvet and moved through a myriad of colours from soft salmon to a deep midnight aubergine and a variety of different textures and cuts. Sheath dresses were enhanced with elaborate designs and details, flattering empire waistlines made an appearance with soft fabrics falling gently and enhancing the girls’ movements as they sashayed through the room, purple coloured leopard skin print gave an original twist to an old favourite, and trousers suits with jewelled details firmly announced that they are here to stay...
The flamboyant collection was the perfect setting for Manuel Spinosa´s new silver and gold designs; dazzling, original pieces created with semi precious gems and diamonds taking the natural world as their muse and expressed through butterflies and starfish.
The MC Café crew did an excellent job hosting the affair; the team synchronized like a smoothly oiled machine whilst JT, the F & B Director, was behind the scenes helping out to insure a faultless and efficient service. The food was excellent, a testament to the professionalism of the kitchen who were able to serve so many different dishes instantaneously and with consistently excellent quality.
There was a great turn out and those in attendance were privy to a colourful display and a fun affair.

Good to see that the MC Cafe have finally put SMALL DOG on the menu...
If not, does that mean that I can bring my pets along as well. The warthog could do with a walk....
