Our New Year Weight Loss Contest to get into great shape for 2010 with i-Marbella has finally chosen its winner, who is Annalisa Turner-Sterling (30).

Operation Tanga will turn Annalisa into great shape and will help to lose those extra holiday kilos. We will provide her with a top personal trainer Samy Mohamed and a 3 months free gym membership at the well-known Plaza Gym in Centro Plaza in Nueva Andalucia.

Annalisa Turner-Sterling is a 30 year-old woman living in Marbella. Throughout her 20s she always weighed 8-8.5 stones(51-54 kg), without exercising and paying attention to her menu. But everything changed after moving here two years ago. Since then she's been piling on the pounds. At the start of last year she had passed the 9-stone(57kg)barrier and the weightgain wouldn't stop. Therefore, last summer she decided to get fit. I started to eat very healthy, cut down on alchohol, bought a bike and even joined a gym. That only got her to maintain the weight at 9.5 stones(60kg).

After a few months she gave up and unsuprisingly has been gaining weight. Now she is almost 10 stones(63.5) and needs professional help desperately. The reasons why i-Marbella chose Annalisa are because of her desire and determination. Finding the right exercise program isn't easy, but with the right attitude, professional advice and support anything's possible. Altogether Annalisa is planning to lose 1.5 stones(10kg). Hola! OMG, its a little embarrassing to have all your details specified!! It's all started really well... and i do go 4-5 times per week so hopefully will start seeing some results soon! If you check how Mel B looked 'before' she was definitely larger than I am... and she looks amazing now - and that's what I'm aiming for! Stay posted!
