The city of Marbella host the first Marbella Luxury Forum under the umbrella of the Ibero-American Forum of Cities. Marbella is the Andalusian city that monopolises a greater number of luxury brands and establishments, being after Barcelona the Spanish city that more income obtains by this concept.

Various people and professionals gave their views on the challenges facing the luxury segment of Marbella real estate. Also, there will be golf talks and other presentations such as ‘Spanish taxation of expatriates as a mechanism to encourage foreign investment of high purchasing power‘, Presented By Global UHY President Bernard Fay, which will be attended by our CEO Ginés García.

MLW is a worldwide renowned event, a luxury showcase of accessories, jewellery, watches, boats, cars and other luxury and fashion brands. Marbella holds a luxury sales quota of 26%, Top selling city of Spain, behind Barcelona and above Madrid. The event confirms that the major brands are still betting on the city of Marbella as one of the best places in the world to present their products.

In this 7t edition, the event has a busy and varied programme. From live musical performances, helicopter shows and fashion parades on the unique floating catwalk over the sea in Europe, among others.

Besides Puerto Banus, this exclusive event also extends to other places in Marbella for the first time, thanks to Michelin star restaurants, Dani Garcia restaurant, El Lago, Messina and Skin, which are also joined by the 1870 restaurants and the Japanese Ta-Kumi. They will prepare a special limited edition menu during the days of celebration of the MLW, ephemeral luxury menus to which they also add other prestigious establishments.
