I-Marbella asked Nikki Beach's PR Ana Lucia Alonso about the menu changes this season on Nikki Beach and what is the most popluar food of all.

1.What kind of a cuisine do you serve?

At Nikki Beach we serve international global Nikki cuisine.

2. Do you have any new additions to the menu this season?

Yes, we have a complete new menu. For example apart chicken satay, en salada nicoise, cesar salad, quesadillas and koh samui chicken.

3. What are the main differences between Nikki Beach and other restaurants?

What is different here is the attention to the details, professional and qualified staff and only the highes quality ingredients.

4. Do you have a special dish?

Yes we have a special dish and it is called the "Sexy salad", our star. It consists of fresh crab meat, avocado, cucumber, citrus drizzle and crispy plantain.

5. How often do you change the menu?

Every season we have a new menu.

6. What is the most popular food?

The most popular food is chicken satay of course, its our world famous food.

7. Is the sushi still in the menu and is the creme brule as good as it has always been?

Yes, the sushi is still in the menu, but even better this year. More visual and more flavours and textures. And the creme brule is now with liquid chocolate and mandarin sorbet. It is exquisite!
