Mojo Restaurant, located in Marbella, opened its doors with a new concept and all the ingredients for a great future and success. The opening party took place on the 12th of July.
Mojo is located in the famous Monte Paraiso Golf and NCT gym, a beautiful quiet area with sea views and stunning mountains only five minutes from the center of Marbella. The restaurant has a large terrace overlooking the 9 hole golf course, where guests can dine by candlelight or have a drink in their spacious lounge-ambient music. The kitchen is modern, a fusion of Asian and Japanese dishes with a mix of Mexico and Italy, which ultimately results in a fusion of modern dishes that are from the richest cuisines and have interesting flavors. That is what makes Mojo different from other restaurants in the area. Their menu is certainly innovative and it has a unique atmosphere.
Mojo is the ideal place to dine and have a special evening, it has an identity of its two owners Luis Pacheco and Luke Mackinze, who both have extensive experience in restaurant business and also knowledges about the ingredients to build a successful restaurant.
