Les Roches Marbella gave to Kempinski Hotel “Inspiring Young Talent Award 2016”
On Friday 9th of December, the Kempinski Hotel Bahia Estepona was presented with the “Inspiring Young Talent Award 2016” from Les Roches Marbella in recognition of their commitment to training and professional development through work placements, inspiring training programs, real life work experience and accessible routes into the hospitality industry.
The Director of Les Roches Marbella invited the hotel’s team to attend the graduation ceremony of the Bachelor in Business Administration (Hospitality) and the Masters in Hotel Management. During the ceremony, they presented the “Inspiring Young Talent Award 2016” to Pedro Hidalgo, HR Director for the Kempinski Hotel Bahia and invited him to say a few words to the assembled students, teachers, parents, and dignitaries.
“It is an honor to be recognized by Les Roches Marbella in this way and we are very proud to be accepting this award. It will motivate us to continue nurturing talent and helping young people enter into a career in international hotels and with the skills and experience to excel. Our personnel development program is a key part of the Kempinski’s values and philosophy and is an essential part of the Human Resources department throughout this global brand.
