Meat eaters have a lower Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio. Vegans usually have vitamin B12 deficiency. Vegans also suffer a greater amount of neurological illnesses due to vitamin B12 deficiency.

I will give you two pieces of advice.
1. Eat two table spoons of ground flax seed! Note: flax seed is hard and must be grounded otherwise what goes in also comes out. Flax seed is high in Omega 3. You must increase your Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio. Omega 3 protects you significantly from heart disease.
2. Use virgin cold-pressed olive and coconut oil ONLY.
