Besaya Beach in Marbella is always at the forefront, and at this moment is pleased to present the new menu by a group that will be at your disposal during the holiday season.

Christmas is a time to share with your friends and family, so this prestigious establishment offers you this season a perfect menu for quality moments together.

Menu Melchor

Welcome glass of wine from the cava, followed by an entry of Broccoli cream with ginger croutons, the main course consisted of Roasted lamb slice with fresh herbs juice and garnish and Homemade “Arroz con leche” as a sweet end dessert.

This menu has a price of 40€ Per person from Saturday to Thursday and 50€ from Friday to Saturday.

Menu Gaspar

Welcome glass of wine from the cava, followed by an Aperitif of Mousse of foie gras, caramelized onions, Homemade beef tenderloin croquettes or Goat cheese with almonds and a first plate that consists of Boletus cream with crispy Iberian ham. This supports the main course of Duck breast with truffle potato emulsion and sweet pear finished by the sweet effect of a Three chocolate praline with English cream.

This menu has a price of 55€ Per person from Saturday to Thursday and 65€ from Friday to Saturday.

Menu Baltazar

Welcome glass of wine from the cava, followed by an entry of Mousse of foie gras, caramelized onions, Crispy prawn or Smoked tartar. The entrée is to share, consisting of Prime Iberian bellota ham, Fried calamari Besaya Beach Style, or Prawn salad wakame and for the main dish, Sliced grilled beef tenderloin served with a mushroom sauce to be finished with a Tiramisu served with white chocolate ice cream as a dessert.

This menu has a price of 65€ Per person from Saturday to Thursday and 75€ from Friday to Saturday.

The Cellar wines for the three menus offer the following options:

White wine: NAVESUR Rueda.

Red wine: VEGAZAR Ribera del Duero.

Rosé wine: SANTALBA Rioja Tempranillo.
