Brief

The Marbella International Lifestyle Event is a prestigious event to be held on the 17^th of April, at the Ocean Club Marbella. This event will provide the highest spending potential clients with the very best options Marbella has to offer. In turn the very best Companies in Marbella will have the option to meet and discuss with the same clients their company’s products and services. This will undoubtedly result in a magnificent event and a supremely successful opening to the summer season for commerce in this region.

Itinerary and structure

The event will be on Saturday the 17^th, this day will consist of all vendors and the event opening at 10.00am and remaining as such until 7.30pm, during this time private clients invited by each of the vendors will be free to view all that is on offer at this event. There is also fantastic potential for link selling as many clients interested in the key businesses of the event will undoubtedly be interested in all other related Lifestyle products, thus benefiting all.

Costings

The costings for this event have been worked out in the most logical and clear way to give options to vendors to take what they wish from this event, we realise that everyone has varying budgets so we have not insisted that people buy a package of which some elements they do not need.

The first option is the cost of a stand a full breakdown of available stands and their related costs is included and from there it is for the vendor to ascertain how many persons to invite to the event. Additional costs are based around the hospitality for the event there will be a fixed cost for the light lunch on Saturday of 25 euros and a trading account for each vendor will be made available so they might entertain prospective clients at any stage.

A great many premium products will be offered at preferential rates to aid in this whole event. Deals at this stage are still being negotiated and vendors will be made aware as they become real.

Additionally preferential advertising packages will be available before during and after the event, thus enabling the maximum exposure not only for the event but all participating vendors.
