This 27 of November of 2017, the Marbella City Council signed with the Global Gift Foundation an agreement that transfers the municipal building known as Casa La Panocha for 30 years allowing them to launch of the Global Gift House of Marbella, which will host the work of NGOs and associations of the municipality

The agreement was signed by the councilor of Finance, Manuel Osorio, and by the president of the foundation, María Bravo, who show their satisfaction with this project of social nature becoming true.

Maria Bravo recalled that it will be a multifunctional center which house’s social groups in the municipality and in which pioneering therapies will be developed in Europe that is backed by the results obtained in the United States.

"We want the children here to have the best," she remarked while explaining that the center "will be open to all the needs we can cover" and will allow families "who are going through the same situation to share their experiences”

The Global Gift House will count with wide facilities to cover most needs, among them, an adapted swimming pool, a space for sports and a garden with an orchard and an area for animal therapy, while the current tennis court will create a conference area and an audiovisual room.

This project will also offer medical consulting, a multisensory room, adapted gym, and workshop room, offices for associations, multipurpose rooms, physiotherapy room and educational classrooms, among others.

The foundation is taking responsibility for the reform and provision of material for the centre with an initial budget of 500,000 euros.

The works will begin once all the permits are obtained lasting for a period of approximately six months.

This project means a huge step for the social help provided by the organization in Marbella and will support and help many more families allowing this wonderful foundation to aim higher goals.
