From London to Dubai: I had only been back in London for a couple of days when I receive a call from a good friend of mine inviting me to jump on a flight to Dubai, how could I say no?. Dubai has a reputation as one of the world's wealthiest and most luxurious cities and is well worth a visit.

So after being a couple of days in London, I received a call from a good friend of mine in Dubai. “Hey babes, wanna jump on a plane and come over for a week?”

I laugh out loud as I have only just got back from Marbella. “It’s Ramadan hun, what can possibly be going on in Dubai during Ramadan?” I ask giggling.

“Who cares, just come and we will eat in all the best restaurants and drink the best wines every day for a week. Just come, come onnnn!”

“Ok sweetie, how can I possibly say no to that, I’m on the next flight,” I say as I’m laughing out loud.

I have an extremely spontaneous nature, life is too short to be anything else. I’m pretty much always going to going to go for it! Hahaha

Here I am on the eve of my travels, yet again. Hahahaha. I find myself with very little to do as I am totally organized and ready to go. Everything is packed with precision, and at least three times more clothes than I actually need. I have never been able to fathom the skillful art of traveling light.

I always get a little giddy and excited in anticipation of what fun there is to be had in my next destination. Even if it is Ramadan in Dubai.

I love the whole process, the packing, the people watching in the airport, everyone on the move and happy as they are all about to escape reality for a little while. Sometimes I catch people looking at me and wonder what they are thinking. Probably, “look at her, who does she think she is with her long blonde hair and Louis Vuitton travel bags.” Haha

I have literally been eating ‘dust’ the last couple of days to get my body bikini ready and ready for my culinary extravaganza. So here we go, ready or not.’Bring it on!’

Fabulous Dubai, can’t wait!

I manage to get lucky and get three seats to myself. What a result! Emirates just has to be the best airline ever, even the economy is very good.

I’m back in Dubai and this time check into Le Meridien at the Marina. A Royal club room awaits. What a fab view from the balcony of the hotel's pools and private beach. I have definitely landed in heaven.

My first day starts with a buffet at the hotel. It’s Friday and it’s the weekend in Dubai, as Friday Saturday is there weekend. After an absolutely mad crazy lunch of everything you can possibly imagine, we head to the pool already fluffy after a bottle of wine.

It’s hot hot and a dip in the pool is the only way. “Look they have a bar in the pool.” I say excitedly.” A bottle of Laurent Perrier Rose and we were off again.

This was the perfect way to start my week of indulgence. Totally stuffed and totally pissed. Hahaha  “Omg, we have to walk down to the beach, look, the sun is going down,” I tell him as I jump out of the pool.

Dubai is just beautiful. Wonderful times always here! June 2018

Wow so beautiful, walking along the shore, my feet in the warm water. I have never experienced the sea so warm. It is just beautiful. Home, shower and off to the Buddha Bar for more food! Wow, how am I going to do this for seven days? Hahaha

Straight to the gym to run it off in the morning hangover or not. Everyday day more food more drink, I think I was permanently drunk starting every day at lunchtime. Gym in the morning and then straight to it!!! Hardcore hahaha.

It was so quiet everywhere and yet we didn’t care as we were in our own little food and drink heaven.

One of the best massages I have ever had June 2018

My Spa massage experience was like wow and a little shocking. :0 Shame I can’t really tell you this story as it will definitely be going in the next book, it was very funny. Hahaha
More restaurants, more food, more drink, more restaurants, more food, more drink!

The Atlantis hotel blew me away, just awesomeness!!! I had seen Dubai in yet again in another light.

This was Dubai at its most quiet and yet we had had an absolute ball.

I will be coming back to Dubai, you are fabulous!!!!
