I really loved the EMS workout in Look Your Best next to Marina Banus, which means muscular stimulation technology, since it is so fast - only 30 minutes! And I also liked the fact that I didn’t have to take my sports clothes and shoes with me. Saves so much time and you can go straight from work.
All the clothes for the workout are provided by them, as well as the towel and socks. You don’t need shoes in Look Your Best. And you can shower there of course, since you will be sweaty!
I liked that they measured me before training with an ultramodern electronic machine that in 5 minutes said exactly my percentage of fat and where I have to lose it. The training itself is highly effective, already after the first visit. It combines muscular stimulation technology (EMS), a gentle 20 minute workout tailored to your goals and nutritional advice for maximum results. Just one 20 minute session is equivalent to 90-120 minutes in the gym, so they can really help you to save time, reduce impact on your joints, activate muscles and feel great with just one or two sessions per week. This is the perfect solution for everybody who hasn’t got much time and don’t like going to the gym.
