Annika Urm celebrated her birthday at two venues: UNI and Suite, both located at Puente Romano Beach Resort. UNI was chosen for the official part of the birthday celebration, and the night later continued at Suite Nightclub.
The guests included closest friends and family members. It is a custom in Marbella that people of different backgrounds all come together at one table. All the guests were also formally dressed for the event.
Welcome drinks included a variety of exceptional cocktails from UNI's new menu done by professional barmen.
In the menu, the butterfish, tuna, and salmon Tiraditos prevailed, along with the naked lobster ceviche, the Wagyu beef Tataki, and the black cod miso with anticucho sauce. The extensive Sake menu which complements the Japanese cuisine to perfection was accompanied by the careful selection of Pisco Sours, the Peruvian brandy that best enhances the Peruvian cuisine.
At the end of the dinner, there was an amazing cake with an actual picture of Annika that was cut by the hostess herself. The cake made at Puente Romano was delicious!
It must also be mentioned that the service was excellent.
The night continued at Suite Nightclub, where the party lasted till morning. The best music is a fundamental part of the Suite concept, reaching its maximum expression after midnight, when it becomes the star, hand in hand with the best international DJs at one of the best nightclubs in the city.
