The Naturhouse Spa is named after the Naturhouse Group and its concept of a healthy lifestyle. It is a perfect retreat with a luxurious atmosphere, where modern therapies and luxury meet. The quality of the treatments, the spacious spa on 3,000 sq.m., the indoor swimming-pool, salt cabin, snow cabin, caldarium, and 18 treatment rooms – all designed to offer tranquillity and the rejuvenation of mind, body, and soul.

On the day of our arrival, once check-in has been completed, we were directed to the spa centre for professional advice. Taking our wishes into consideration, we were prescribed certain treatments, and a balanced diet plan was drawn up for us both. As we were looking to lose weight and detox, the treatments and diet plans were prescribed accordingly. The suitable menu was sent to the kitchen of the hotel, i.e., every time we were supposed to have a meal, the cook knew what to serve. In addition to the above-mentioned, full body diagnostics, including body scanning, was carried out to measure the exact percentage of fat and muscle. Also, blood was taken for analysis, and we were advised by a nutrition and health specialist as well as a psychologist. The blood samples helped identify potential allergies and related issues. 

We were provided with a personal health file to fill in daily. In addition, we also ogt Fitbits to measure the number of steps taken 24/7, kcal burned, percentage of fat, food, quality of sleep, etc. This was supported by an application on our mobile phones, and Wi-Fi connection.

The prescribed treatments included manual lymphatic drainage, full body massage, aqua massage, aqua toning, anti-cellulite massage, pilates, yoga, cardio training sessions, as well as special body creams and herbal food supplements. All the days were filled with treatments, and we also had to walk 12,000 steps a day, measured by Fitbit. Before every meal, we had to take herbal food supplements that helped clean the body and provided additional vitamins and minerals.

All the treatments were carried out by professional staff, high-quality massage and training sessions proved to be very effective. The professional service was friendly and premium quality. We very much like the fact that all the treatments started at the appointed time, and we did not have to wait. When the week was over, our personal file was amended; documentation containing the results of the analyses as well as recommendations on diet and lifestyle were added. Each specialist also gave us their contacts in case we had any questions later.

In conclusion, it should be mentioned that such professional attitude and service is rare. The hotel owners have considered every small detail for the sake of the customer, which actually helps them achieve their goals.
