Koh Samui is Thailand island in Ko Samui, Thailand’s second largest island, that lies in the Gulf of Thailand off the east coast of the Kra Isthmus. It's known for its palm-fringed beaches, coconut groves and dense, mountainous rainforest, plus luxury resorts and posh spas.
When we arrived at the island, we came by car from Phuket and took a ferry. There was a little rain, actually a lot of rain. But the days we stayed on the island were just about amazing sunshine and some of the happiest in my life.
We were staying The Briza Beach Resort Samui in beach villa- this was one of my most luxury stay ever and not because of the beach Villa, but because my family and I had amazing relaxing days and holidays 2016 Christmas time.
It was the most beautiful sunrise I'd ever seen and directly from bed. I was just stunned I am still. We just were swimming, sunbathing, having massages, driving jetski, having coconut and fruits and most romantic dinners every night on the beach on sand, with our feet in the sea.
I can't describe, this trip was my family Christmas gift 2016 and most emotional and happiest time ever. I can only say don't collect things, collect emotions.
The showing beach is many kilometres along and why Koh Samui is unique because of the restaurant on the beach on the sand with candles and lights.
Every person dream is to have romantic dinner on the beach and at Koh Samui, you can have it every day. We did it every single night with all family and also having fire show and cocktails on the beach.We also had jetski time and my daughter got her hairs pigtails.
Every day we had a massage on our own the terrace and we had lunch there and dancing lessons.
I think this was kind of most relaxing, happy family Christmas ever on the beach on the sand and by the water.
