Simon Cowell Wants Eminem on X Factor
01-12-2009 Comments (2)Simon Cowell has offered Eminem a job as a judge on his TV talent show The X Factor.
Simon said: "It would be great to have him on as a guest judge. Em - I can call him that because we are on first name terms - the job is yours."
But just because he's offering "Em" the job, doesn't mean he's planning on getting rid of someone else. He said: "I'm not getting rid of anyone."
He added: "No disrespect to the current judges but you need people who are global, platinum-selling stars. You need to prepare contestants for what it's really like out there, and what sort of pressure you are going to be under."
