During the summer many Arabic and Russian people come to Marbella and they usually like very big houses and luxurious villas. Of course they have the money for it too! I predict that there will be some villas bought during this summer season. The prices of these are around 2-5 million euros.

4. What are the general trends on the real estate market now?

The new trend is actually buying an older house and then renovating it. And it really is an investment, since the prices are very likeable now and when the prices increase then they will probably sell it much higher. The style trend of real estate tends to be more to the contemporary style these days. One existing trend is that people, who have the funds love to own some real estate here!
