Personal trainer Priit Palujoe talks about fitness myths and truths

Myth 1
Many people think that the body part they train loses fat, when that is not the case at all. Fat burns from where fat goes all over the body no matter what area we train. And sadly for most people the abdominal area is the last place where the fat burns. There is nothing we can do about it. It’s impossible to change this sequence. So before w e see abs we need to be lean the whole body.
Myth 2
Also many people don’t know that to lose weight and fat, body needs carbohydrates. In other words fat burns on the flame of carbs. Most women expect to get small waist by doing countless crunches and different abs exercises every day. Priit explains that the results to this are exactly the op posite, because abs like all other muscles get bigger, but unlike the other areas the waist is one area we all want to be smaller. Trainer says that by looking at people who have six pack abs you see how the abdominal muscle is built and how it look like. They can be bigger or smaller depending on the person, just like other muscles. To see them we just need to lose fat that’s hiding them. You can train it every day, but its not coming out if you can’t change your lifestyle, exercising and diet. Women who would like to have a beautiful body should exercise legs, because legs are half the size of human body and while training them they use almost entire body.
Proper leg workout makes good legs and beautiful tight bottom, hips and it is very good for abs. Leg workouts are heavy and entail big movements, so loads of calories and fat gets burned.
Myth 3
If for beautiful waist and abs you must choose to do squats (leg press) or abdominal exercises then for sure better results you get with first option. With squats you burn many times more calories then any ab exercise. With most ab exercises you use mini mal or any ex tra weight and movements are also very minimal. So what makes you think its good for burning anything.
