Small earthquake off Nerja

It registered 1.6 on the Richter scale and was felt by some who live in the area.
A small tremor off the eastern Costa del Sol on Tuesday night was felt by some in the Nerja area, registering 1.6 on the Richter scale. The tremor was a few miles off shore, shortly after 11.30 pm.
It followed a 2.8 quake in Jayena, in neighbouring Granada province, on November 28, which was also felt in Nerja and Maro.
