Malaga summer sales worse than expected

The summer sales are officially over now, but their results are unfortunately much worse than anybody expected.
For July and August many businesses organised sales and lowered the prices up to 75%, but the people still have less money to spend when shopping. “People are more careful, instead of buying five garments like they did before the recession, they only buy one,” said one Malaga store-owner, whose sales were 50 per cent less than last year.
