i-marbella On The New look Menu And Decor At The Suite In Riga
17-12-2010The reservation & room revenue manager at Grand Palace Hotel in Riga, Latvia gave us an insight into the freshly opened venue's kitchen and interior.
1. What kind of cuisine is offered in Suite?
We have just started the new menu and there are different items, however with quite strong focus on Asiatic flavors. Please see the menu on www.suitelife.lv
2. Are there any special foods?
TIRADITOS: Salmon, tuna tartar and sea bass with the choice of jalopeno, coriander and pepper suite wafu sauce dressing.
Also TUNA TATAKI in sesame and pepper with mango chutney and pin ginger served on a himalayan salt plate.
3. What are the most popular dishes?
We have just started the new menu just a couple of days ago and currently dish popularity changes quite chaotic. But Tiraditos and Tuna tataki are for sure one the most popular dishes.
4. What inspired the interiors? Who were the interior designers?
SUITE restaurant is in Art Deco, while the SUITE lounge has rich chesterfield furniture. With some help, Zoe Marmentini for sure was the main designer.
5. What are the differences/similarities with Suite Marbella?
Both places are for sure very unique in their destinations. SUITE in Marbella is a restaurant with night club, while in Riga it’s a restaurant with separate lounge, not really a night club.
