"Secrets of the Chef" with Olivia Valere
11-01-2012 Comments (3)Olivia Valere was the star of the new TV program "Secretd of the Chef" in Malaga with Felix Ramos.
Olivia Valere was seen in the kitchen of the restaurant with an apron cooking dishes for the show. For starters, she made a cream vegetable soup with pumpkin and chestnuts, secondly she cooked a black pasta and for the dessert fried Mango with strawberry ice cream. And as a surprise-Roscón de Reyes!
All this paired with a French white wine and red Spanish wine called Ribera del Duero. During the recording, we were able to interview Olivia, who talked about the 28 years at Marbella, creating the famous disco and about all the celebrities who visit it!
