One of the main elements that make up a great lunch is a good coffee, and is the coffee isn’t good it can ruin all the good work that has been done up to that point” With these words Julián Díaz, Commercial Director and Juan Elias, Sales Director of Café Castel, opened their presentation at El Centro Andaluz de Formación Integral de las Industrias del Ocio, CIOMIJAS. The presentation included coffees from around the world, describing the individual qualities and benefits of each type of coffee, and, most importantly, how make the perfect expresso.
Sixteen students at from CIOMIJAS attended the presentation as part of their coursework. One of the students, Victor Muñoz, commented “It was fascinating to learn about the different aromas and tastes that the different coffees produced.”

Good idea. I cant start the day without a cup. Sometimes I just chop 2 lines of Gold Blend and snort them!
