Cortijos clean up at the Casino!

Brother and sister take victories at Casino Marbella

Last weekend was a great one for brother and sister Miguel and Paqui Cortijo. On the Friday Deepstack Turbo tournament, Miguel, a well known and respected player at Casino Marbella, took victory when his Ace, 8 saw an 8,8,2 on the Flop, and a 2 on the Turn to give him a Full House. Miguel, who beat over 70 other players for the win, took home over €4000 for his victory, with Amina Mechiche picking up 2.490€ for second. Francisco Zamanillo Blanco third (1.410€) José Pérez Ocaña, fourth (1.080€;) and the Marbella Mob's David Dancey collecting 870€ for his fifth place finish.

On the Sunday it was the turn of sister Paqui, who took victory in the weekly Bounty Tournament and collected 2,600€ in prize money. An excellent weekend with the family!
