Kristina Szekely is a businesswoman, who created the empire of luxury realty, called KS Sotheby's Realty. Now Kristina Szekely Sotheby’s International Realty and Stephanie Noll Sotogrande Real Estate join forces in Sotogrande and reopen the office.

The new joint venture between the two companies began on June 1st 2011. For some time both real estate agents have been in discussion regarding the Sotogrande market, and the merits of working together. “I am very excited to be opening the Sotogrande office, now that I have found partners in Stephanie Noll and Charles Gubbins who are clearly committed to the region, have vast experience in the ins and out of the local market, and present the gravitas Sotheby´s and I look for in local partners” said Kristina Szekely.

This is very good news for the Sotogrande real estate market as the international brand Sotheby´s Realty will be used aggressively to marketSotogrande property across its vast network. In addition the Szekely Sotheby´s Realty network that also includes offices in Madrid, Marbella and Gibraltar will be an excellent source of business for the Sotogrande office.

Stephanie Noll said she has known Kristina for many years and starting a joint venture in Sotogrande is very exciting for her. “I have always admired her for all the hard work and success she has achieved in her business. The new joint venture will operate under the Kristina Szekely Sotheby’s International banner, will be located at the Sotogrande Port, and will be managed jointly by Charles Gubbins and Stephanie Noll.
