- Are you ready to have fun and get in shape? Our Zumba program is exactly what you need. It’s a fast, energetic and easy to follow fitness party, inspired by Latin music to burn calories through a variety of dance steps.
A new “all-in-one” training method; an easy to follow program of exercises designed to activate the core muscles. The first part of each session consists of cardiovascular work, interchanged with alternating periods of high intensity and shorter phases of recovery work. The second part focuses on functional strength, balance and agility.
Maximum challenge! High intensity training designed to push you to the limit, incorporating “the boost” cardiovascular workout. Let yourself be carried away with the energy of the instructor, take a step out of your comfort zone and we guarantee that you’ll be in the best shape of your life!
This is still a high intensity class with jumps, punches and kicks but of a shorter duration and without the intensity of “the boost”. The intensity level and results are up to you. The instructor’s goal is to motivate you, to push your own limits! Have fun, train hard and feel great!
This class uses traditional bar weights and your own body weight to execute basic exercises. Through a series of repetitions, we will strengthen all muscle groups efficiently - perfect for toning your whole body.

A high intensity cardiovascular class, using a “step” to regulate the intensity of the choreography according to the beat of the music; the choreography includes exercises for both upper and lower body, providing you with a complete work out. Fun and intense!
The word “aerobic” comes from “aerobic activity”, which means to undertake low density physical activity for a period of time, without producing lactic-acid. In other words, an activity carried out to a rhythm that will allow the muscles to withstand stress. The intensity and coordination varies depending on the difficulty of the class.
An energetic activity that makes your muscles stronger, prevents cardiovascular diseases and shapes your body through exercises related to kickboxing, such as kicks and punches.
The “burn calories” spinning class involves pure cardio; peddling to music, following the program suggested by the instructor. This year a spinning class, next year the Tour de France?
The emphasis in Pilates is on letting your mind control your body, in order to achieve balance and unity. The focus is on developing the internal muscles which help to maintain body balance; providing stability and firmness to the vertebral column. Pilates is widely used as a therapy in rehabilitation, also as prevention and as a cure for back pain.
“Balance” is the one word that perfectly defines Yoga. The discipline can bring balance to your live, subtly protecting your body from blockages and diseases, allowing it function at maximum capacity. We need balance to feel vital and energetic in our bodies and to achieve a sense of mental serenity.
