3 years ago, Carlo started to experiment with raw vegan food, having lived and worked in different countries around the globe, as the topic of vegetarian, vegan, and raw food has become more popular than ever.
The restaurant is proud to present an updated menu that now includes such dishes as Intenso, a delicious power-house loaded with raw cacao, hemp seeds, walnuts, cardamom and ginger, topped with white chocolate and orange zest; Baked Black Risotto with Portobello Mushroom, served with an Asparagus Sauce & Asparagus Tips; Mexican Salad, a very satisfying and tasty salad with pico de gallo, guacamole, and sweet corn; and Gluten-Free Spaghetti with a Sicilian Pesto, very tasty and fulfilling!
i-Marbella also highly recommends to try the following dishes: Raw Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe (seaweed), Raw Ravioli (carrot and baby coconut juice), Mock Sushi (made using walnut, contains no rice), and Tiramisu (no sugar) as well as Cashew Cream Stuffed Avocado, Raw Mock Sushi (Without Rice), Raw Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, Raw Zucchini Lasagna.

The ravioli was amazing and the desert menu is out of this world, so much so, we had 2 different deserts each xxx if you are looking for gluten free or just a change of food, this is the place to eat. All ingredients are gluten free, raw vegan, organic and delicious. What else can you ask for? Run by an Italian Swedish couple it it the perfect delicious hidden corner when to enjoy your lunch or dinner or both in tranquillity and style. in other words we loved it and will go back again and again. we highly recommend the mock sushi, yep it looks like it and tastes even better, the black bean burger... to die for, spaghetti cacio e pepe... you will have a transporting experience... leave room for the dessert they are just so especially made delicious that you cannot not try them!"
mollysxm2010: "Sensational food & fun with friends last night at Gioia Cafe & Resturant. Art on a plate! Fresh, organic, colorful, vibrant tastes that are sure to satisfy your palate. Initially, I wasn't impressed with the location but you soon don’t notice because of the friendly welcome, terrific atmosphere and menu delights. There were 5 of us for dinner so we ordered a variety of plates including multiple deserts and when I say multiple I mean multiple hahaha and I have to say each one was incredible! Can’t wait to go back….love love love this Resturant".

The dishes were beautifully executed. The babaganoosh was sublime and the lasagna and ravioli were pasta-free. Light but filling and very well presented. Save room for the fig and chocolate 'cheesecake'. An absolute triumph. Bravo!"
