This week's Marbella Fashion Police arrested Samar Abou-Farah and investigated her wardrobe and style choices!

1.       How would you define your style?

Natural. I always wear natural fabrics and whatever I wear it is always comfortable and matches the right moment, I go with the flow ;-) I believe there is an outfit for every occasion.

2.       How much time do you spend dressing up before going out?

Not much, because I normally prepare my look one day before and if something goes wrong I wear what I know will suit me.

3.       How often and where do you usually go shopping?

It depends, but I like to shop when I travel, any city is great for shopping! I never like to see someone dressed like me so I take no risks and I usually buy what you cannot find here. I love BCBG Max Azria dresses, I wear them in all my events.

4.       Where do you get your inspiration and ideas?

From catwalks, fashion magazines, catalogues and my from my friend Carola who is a stylist and personal shopper.

5.       My favourite shops/brands are .. 

Shoes and bags by Ferragamo, Gucci and Jimmy Choo, with clothes I am more casual, I like younger looks like Nolita, Custo, Liu Jo, Airfield, Naf-Naf …etc

6.       What is your favourite pieces in the closet?

Jeans, dresses and tops, but I wear everything as long as it looks good on me! My closet is quite big because I worked many years in fashion.

7.       What are your favourite colours? Why?

I love white because it really matches with my personality and my skin, I think it is pure and has a lot of light; but on the other hand, I also love black because it is elegant and discrete. I wear a color depending on my mood. I love all colors, it all depends on where I am going and how do I feel…

8.       What is the most expensive thing in your wardrobe?

Probably one of my handbags… a Ferragamo one.

9.       Which celebrity style do you like the most?

I never follow any celebrity style…sorry!

10.   What advice would you give to have obtain a good style?

Three Advices: First of all, believe in yourself and have your own opinion about what you like. 

Second, dress what suits you best even if it is not the most trendy outfit.

Third, find your own style. The way  you dress reflects your personality so look inside yourself!
