Sabrina Wageman comes from Belgium, but has been living in Spain already for 15 years. This energetic and amiable woman runs a beauty salon and enjoys the colorful life of Marbella:"I'm a fashion addict and in Marbella you can see different people and different fashion styles.“

Sabrina says that the reason she moved to Spain was because of the climate and learning a new language was challenging:"I've never learned any Spanish from the books, its only that fluent because of everyday communication. I speak Spanish, Dutch, English, German and French and that may be why I have so many international clients, because they can interact in a language they feel comfortable in". Sabrina's salon is a very multilingual place, because also the employees are of different nationalities. Everyone of them is a professional and has come to live and work in Marbella. Sabrina believes that it is rather easy to learn a new language if you're not afraid of making mistakes and interacting with people a lot.

Although many businesses have closed their doors because of the crisis in Spain, Sabrina stays optimistic. She is a wise businesswoman, who knows how to optimise costs."Crisis is good, it is like a cleaning - good businesses stay and the bad ones have to close down.“ Sabrina's beauty salon Cappucino got its name already in Belgium, where she ran the same business."It became customary to give all her clients a cup of coffee or a cappucino and the name stuck."

Although at different times Sabrina's beauty salon has been working on both small and bigger spaces, Cappucino has now found its perfect place in the heart of Puerto Banus, at the Cristamar centre. Sabrina herself also finds time to work as a hairdresser there and many people drive long distances just to get a cut from Sabrina. Among the salon's clients and fans of Sabrina's work there are quite a few prominent people. They can be seen also on the wall of her salon. 

Besides the hairdressing Cappucino offers a variety of beauty services - manicure, pedicure, nail care, facials, hair and eyelash extensions, permanent make-up and different massage procedures. The salon uses high-quality brands such as Kanebo and Kerastase for hair care. There is also a new modern line called UV90, that won't let the detrimental radiation get through your skin."At our place the client can have a morning spa and we do discounts if the customer purchases many procedures at once. We do everything except plastic surgery and beauty shots,"says Sabrina, who believes that age does not define beauty."You can be beautiful at all ages."

The fact that Sabrina's salon is open 6 days a week does not leave her enough time for her hobbies. "I have a 15-year-old daughter and a man, who I wish to spend some time with as well. I used to go horse riding, but now my main activity is swimming. I try to go swimming 3 times a week. I don't have much time for cooking at home, but I like some restaurants here. For example the Thai restaurant Naga, also da Bruno on the beach in Marbella, Goyo“. In addition to that Sabrina also participates in Oscar Horacio's TV show and she also starred in Oscar's short movie about the life of Marbella. Sabrina is not a big fan of nightlife, but when she goes out she will probably go to Suite. "I spend a lot of time around many people and it can be exhausting at times. Sometimes I go to the mountains on Sunday to get some peace."
