The full on roar of custom choppers and rock ‘n’ roll marked the opening Matt Black Custom Designs in San Pedro last Saturday, the 4th of February. The custom design studio brought over SuperEvolver, who is one of the UK’s hottest up and coming bands. 

SuperEvolver performed a live set and guests proved that Marbella isn’t all Champagne and fancy gala dinners. In addition to SuperEvolver also a rock style version of Cirque de Soleil group gave an amazing show.

The fanatics behind Matt Black are Anthony Partridge and Tobbe Johansson. Matt Black Custom Designs is much more than just a bike shop, more a custom design studio. In brand new facilities in southern Spain that compliment the state of the art design studio there is a full machine shop, offering a huge range of services and options to create your dream machine. The shop also features a huge mural by legendary New York grafitti artist Deko 156.

When the studio is not designing and building custom motorcycles they create bespoke furniture for interior designers and decorative structural metal work for architects and clients worldwide. This year the company will also be launching Matt Black all inclusive three and five day guided Harley tours, offering the best that Marbella and the Costa del Sol have to offer. Epic daily rides through breath taking scenery. Cruise along warm coastal highways up into stunning winding mountain roads, through lush green forests, passing turquoise lakes and into the Mediterranean countryside.

The shop is designed not only to be a place of work but also the first of its kind bike shop combined with a live music venue.
