Reported sighting of Madeleine McCann in Nerja!

The request to investigate the sighting of Madeleine in Nerja came from the Portuguese police.
The police are investigating a clue which leads Madeleine McCann being now in Nerja, Spain. The Judicial Police Commissioner-General received the request to verify the information from the Portuguese authorities. And Diario Sur reports that the request came by e-mail about ten days ago.
Portuguese investigators received the Nerja clue and want to confirm it with their Spanish colleagues. There was a witness in Nerja, who claimed seeing a girl who looked like Madeline McCann.
Madeleine McCann has been missing since May 2007 and there have been many sightings of her across Spain, but this is the first time the sighting was at the Costa del Sol.
