On Thursday, 24th May 2012, chef Francisco Sepúlveda, prepared a rarified feast - by replicating the exact menu enjoyed by the 1st class passengers travelling on the ill-fated superliner Titanic the night of its demise on 14 April 1912.

In order to make the experience as authentic as possible, Chateau Mona Lisa, on the frontline, Puerto Banús recreated touches of the décor of the time, with outstanding table settings, and personnel in appropriate costumes.  The extraordinarily luxurious 8-course feast transmitted all the glamour and sophistication of this bygone era, and included:
