The emblematic port of Marbella, Puerto Banus was transformed into an extraordinary showcase for the coming together of fashion, trends, exclusive presentations and luxury from 2-5 of June. The brands joined for this unique proposal that will exhibit their collections on a catwalk located on the main jetty of the port.

During the days there were countless events in the Port area. Different companies and shops such as A&G Rock and Roll Couture, Missoni, Elite, Lanvin, Versace, Armani, Cartier, Tourbillon, Bulgari, 007, Ferragamo, Gómez & Molina, Bang Olufsen, Jimmy Choo, Bottega Veneta, Jitrois, Boutique Royal House, JNBY, Brando & Co, Bulgari, Lacoste, Burberry, La Perla, Carolina Herrera, Lanvin, Loewe, Cotton Gallery, Louis Vuitton, Custo, Loro Piana, Chloe, Luz Jewels, Chopard, Madonna, D&G, Malo, Dior, Missoni, Dolce Gabanna, Nº 1, Elite, Princess Bea Auersperg, Roberto Cavalli, Eres, Solaris, Ermenegildo Zegna, Stephen Webster, Ferragamo, Tods, Gant/Martina/Harmont Blaine, Tom Ford, Gianfranco, Ferré, Valentino, Givenchy, Gomina/Fashion Port, Gucci etc.

For the fashion world this was an unmissable event as showcase for the newest trends in fashion. The organizers of the event installed a catwalk on which Belstaff, La Martina, Gómez&Molina, Roberto Boticelli, A&G, Lanvin, Harmont & Blaine, Gant, and Cremieux showed the latest collections by their designers. 

During the four days of the event the fashion houses also unveiled exclusive presentations of their collections in the boutiques.  For example Cartier presents one of the most incredible creations from its Museum: a necklace in the shape of a snake made to order for the Mexican actress, Maria Felix. A totally articulated piece, made from platinum, yellow and white gold, decorated with over 2000 diamonds and 2 emeralds which form the eyes of the reptile. A unique piece of jewelry considered to be one of the best to be created in the XX century. The jewelry firm Gómez&Molina held many presentations at their boutique with champagne and caviar and tasty non-alcohol cocktails. 

Besides the different luxury cars that drove through the port during the weekend there Guarneri presented the new Pagani Huayra and the McLaren MP4-12C with the performance of the international violinist Jia Yi-Susanne Hou who played with a violin valued at ten million dollars by the Giuseppe Guarneri del Gesù, dating back to 1735. The Chinese artist, of renowned prestige, is the only violinist to win three gold medals in international competitions.

On Saturday Salvatore Ferragamo held a big party in the VIP area, where people could appreciate the mastery of a specialist shoemaker flown expressly from Italy for the Marbella Luxury Weekend. The event was attended by Isabel de Borbon, Manuel Spinosa, José Luis Hernández, Natasha Romanov, Oscar Horacio, Muriel Rens, Saeko Hamada and many more.
