The 1st Open SUP Paddle Surf takes place this Saturday, on the 15th of September, next to Victor's Beach. The event takes place from 10-20! It's an open event to have fun, learn and enjoy the stand up paddle!

Stand up paddle surfing (SUP), stand up paddle boarding, or in the Hawaiian language Hoe he'e nalu, is taking the world by storm! The sport is an ancient form of surfing, and has reemerged as a way for surfers to paddle longer distances. And guess what? The celebrities love it too! Just weeks ago Sylvie van der Vaart enjoyed stand up paddle surf in the same location where the first competition will be held in Marbella - next to Victor's Beach! Among the other lovers of this sport are superstar Rihanna, Nicole Scherzinger, Sting, actor Pierce Brosnan, actress Kate Hudson, actress Jennifer Aniston, supermodels Cindy Crawford and Alessandra Ambrosia.

9.30 - 10 staff meeting

10:00 -12.30 Registration of the participants

11:00 - 11.30 Free stretch session for everybody

11:30 - 14:00 contest for men, women and children

14:00 - 16:00 activities, equipment test and pilates sessions

16:00 - 17:00 contest end for men and women

18:00 - 19:00 race together in three different categories

19:00 - 19.30 Free stretching session for everyone who wants

19:30 - 20:00 Awards ceremony

20:00 Final draw among all participants and closing event

The price is 25 euros, which includes special Lycra of the event, packet and lunch for participants. There will also be given out trophies and special prizes for all the participants!
