Fashion Show of Cesare Scariolo Charity

Seven Fashion brands from Malaga, presented their collections at the Cesare Scariolo charity event.

Malaga, April 16, 2011: A charity event with a fashion show has been held in the Charity of Scariolo Cesare, with attendance of distinguished personalities from Marbella and the province.

The large number of people registered, contributed to the success of an evening whose main aim was to raise funds for the ONG, led by the Spanish basketball coach Sergio Scariolo who attended the event with his wife and children.

The appearance of the crowned Miss Malaga 2010, Belinda Gutierrez, on the runway was one of the many surprises amo ng with seven fashion brands from Malaga (Regina de Lara, Carmen Piedra,Patricia Nahmad, Gemma Melé, Rosario Berrocal, Shapó Olé Complementos and Lady Russ). The collections revealed swimwear fashion, the latest trends in dresses, cocktail and flamenco and the avant-garde combinations in the accessories section.

The Presenter Oscar Horacio, involved the public by asking some personalities to participate in the sow such as the actress Victoria Vera.One of the most intense moments of the evening was experienced during the performance of the dancer Agustin Barajas and the fashion show by non professional models (women from different sectors of society of the Costa del Sol). A raffle of gifts donated by more than half a dozen companies put the finishing touches on a walkway in which solidarity was imposed.

A list of names contributed to the success of this event: Stephen Lloyd-Moran, Raquel Nofuentes Model Agency, factoria de bellezas (Miss Malaga 2010), Da Bruno, Casa Pablo, Manu Marfil, Virginia Gonzalez, Toni Solis, Mireia, Roche Bobois, Meloncello-Limoncello, Diario SUR, La Cabane de Los Monteros.

The FCS is a private non-profit organization created in 2008 by Sergio Scariolo, current Spanish basketball coach and former coach of Unicaja. The goal of Cesare Scariolo Foundation is to provide direct assistance to children who are under Cancer treatment, and their families in the hospital "Materno" and "Carlos Haya"in Málaga. This support is reflected in the social assistance (flats), economic and psychological assistance to families with children undergoing cancer treatment, but has gradually expanded its care to patients with other diseases. The FCS also promotes initiatives in their own hospitals and outside them to ensure that children enjoy leisure moments that make their disease more manageable activities such as: cultural and sporting events, educational workshops, trips, sports activities, etc. .
