Art Madrid 2012 from 16-19 February

Now in its 7th year, ArtMadrid is one of Europe’s biggest art fairs, with around 40,000 visitors annually. Fifty galleries take part, both Spanish and international, and this year’s fair incorporates some new features. With a focus on young artists, lecturer and critic Javier Rubio Nomblot has been brought in to curate a Young Art project, and is responsible for choosing 11 galleries to participate in this section, included in which is “One Project”, an initiative designed to promote the attendance of young artists at the fair.
